Policies and Procedures
No- Show policy
We know mistakes happen, the first no-show could be just an "oops". All following no-shows will result in 100% of the cost the scheduled service(s) to be charged. No future appointments can be booked until the no-show charge is paid in full. This charge cannot be used as credit towards future services.
24 hr. cancellation policy
Need to cancel an appointment?Muse Day Spa has a 24- hour cancellation policy for all services. This is so that we may simply have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. As always we appreciate your business and we try to serve everyone .
